DMV Hazmat Endorsement
|
New regulations require all truck drivers wishing to obtain a hazardous materials endorsement on their commercial driver's license to be fingerprinted. 3 step process:
- Complete the Application for a Background Check by calling toll-free (877) 429-7746 or clicking on the link to left.
- Pay for background check by credit card or money order. Print or write down 10-digit confirmation number.
- Go to VIP Alaska, 43530 K-Beach Rd., Suite 4, Soldotna, AK 99669 for fingerprinting.

| Concealed Handgun Permit |
If you wish to get a NICS (National Instant Check System) waiver you need to submit two fingerprint cards along with one quality passport size photograph to the Department of Public Safety. VIP Alaska has all the forms. photgraphs, and materials you need for a Concealed Handgun Permit. |

With the exception of the Hazmat Program, regular rates are $25 for two fingerprint cards (FD-258). |
